Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch finance and credit operations.
• Review applications and make underwriting and credit decisions.
• Analyze credit reports, income, debt, and overall creditworthiness.
• Structure financing balancing customer needs and company risk.
• Monitor loan performance and portfolio quality.
• Oversee collections and delinquency management.
• Contact customers about past-due accounts and develop payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to support branch performance.
• Coach team members on finance, underwriting, and collections processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage daily branch finance and credit operations
• Review customer applications and make sound underwriting and credit decisions
• Analyze credit reports, income, debt, payment history, and overall creditworthiness
• Structure financing that balances customer needs and company risk
• Monitor loan performance and portfolio quality
• Oversee collections and delinquency management
• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and develop effective payment solutions
• Work with customers to resolve account issues and maintain successful payment relationships
• Monitor key finance and collections metrics and take action to improve performance
• Ensure all financing, documentation, and collection activities follow company policies and compliance requirements
• Partner with Sales and Service teams to support overall branch performance
• Coach and develop team members on finance, underwriting, and collections processes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in consumer finance, lending, credit, collections, or automotive finance
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and underwriting
• Collections or portfolio management experience preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working with financial information and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to balance risk management with customer needs
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Automotive finance or Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience is a plus
