Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Route Engineer to service a prestigious retail banking client across branch locations. This unionized role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and travel between sites, serving as the primary technical contact to keep facilities safe, functional, and inviting for customers.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, quick repairs, and coordination with the client to meet safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or engineering roles.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to building systems across multiple facilities.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicle for daily tasks.
• Apply standard procedures to solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE values.
