Qualifications

• BS/BA: Four-year college degree.
• Proven track record in membership and program growth, board development, fiscal management.
• Strong fiscal management with budget performance over years.
• Ability to drive Net-Promoter scores and OKRs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of YMCA mission, volunteers, and staff dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with delegation capability.
• Motivation and positive attitude toward YMCA mission and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch to execute the YMCA Greater Boston's strategic imperatives.
• Coach and hold staff accountable to create a transformative Y Experience.
• Develop and manage annual budget aligned with association guidelines.
• Drive branch growth in membership and programs with high-quality experiences.
• Develop and maintain an effective Board of Advisors and engage the community.
• Lead fundraising and financial development efforts to meet goals.
• Foster community engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote innovation through design thinking across the branch.
