Adoration Health in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Home Health RN Branch Director to lead clinical services, set care standards and drive quality outcomes. This role reports to regional leadership and guides a compassionate team providing 1:1 home care.

The position supports a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with ongoing leadership development, performance coaching, and opportunities to shape branch performance in a mission‑driven organization.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in good standing
• 2+ years in health services administration with supervisory experience
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and compliance with local ordinances
• Address deficiencies identified during surveys or audits and implement corrective actions
• Supervise all Branch administrative staff and coordinate with Clinical Manager(s) to oversee clinical staff
• Direct overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
