Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health Branch in Macon, GA as Branch Director. You will guide clinical services, set standards, and drive patient outcomes while leading clinicians and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• 1–2 years in health services administration with at least 1 year supervisory/administrative experience in Home Health Care or related field (state/federal requirements).
• Five years of leadership or business development experience preferred.
• Valid license to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Clinical Manager(s) to promote quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient, safe, and organized office operations.
• Address deficiencies identified during surveys or audits and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise all administrative staff and coordinate with Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.

Office Location: Macon, GA

Coverage area: Bibb, Crawford, Monroe, Jones, Twiggs counties

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
