Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Driver for our Platt team in Clackamas, OR. The Driver delivers products to customers and Rexel locations, ensuring accurate orders and undamaged materials, while following DOT and state regulations.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, and maintaining documentation. Training and mentorship of junior drivers may be required, with opportunities for growth within Rexel's extensive network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license for a traffic accident/violation in past 3 years.
• No at fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to/from customers, branch/warehouse locations and suppliers.
• Inspect vehicle and complete daily inspection report.
• Load/unload and verify material for each order.
• Ensure documentation is completed and signed by customer.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery when needed.
• Adhere to DOT, local and state driving laws.
• Mentor entry level drivers when needed.
