Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Driver for the Platt team in Sacramento, CA. The role delivers products to customers and branches, ensuring orders are accurate, undamaged, and properly documented.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and compliance with DOT laws. You may assist in other branch duties and must meet safety and organizational standards. Compensation aligns with California pay scales and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended license for a traffic incident in 3 years.
• Must not have any at-fault accidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete daily inspection.
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; report needed repairs.
• Follow DOT and local/state driving laws and regulations.
• Load/unload material and verify order accuracy and damage.
• Prepare orders for delivery and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle returns and verify material condition and quantities.
• May assist in other branch duties including counter sales and stocking.
