Job summary

Rexel USA in Reno, NV is seeking a Branch Driver I to deliver products to customers, branch locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).

You will inspect and maintain the vehicle, load/unload materials, ensure orders are accurate, and complete delivery paperwork in a timely manner. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended license for a traffic violation in last 3 years
• Must not have any at-fault accidents in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete a daily inspection report
• Keep vehicle clean and maintained; report needed repairs
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws and regulations
• Load or unload vehicle; verify materials for each order
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery
• Complete all delivery documentation (receipts, packing lists) accurately
• Pick up material returns and verify condition and quantities
• Support other warehouse duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
