Job summary

QXO is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our local Tampa team. You will serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information to customers, and working with Outside Sales, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or inside sales, are comfortable performing basic math, and possess a valid driver’s license if traveling for company purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Your Responsibilities Currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and enhance our business. The Inside Sales Rep will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers. If you are a resourceful team player, with a positive, professional attitude, then we want you to join our team working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process. Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality. Ability to maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world class service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem- solving skills. Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications
