1-800 Hansons LLC is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Omaha, NE. This full-time, on-site role focuses on customer communication, project coordination, scheduling, and branch operations. The candidate will manage client interactions from welcome to project closeout and ensure timely installations.

You will schedule installations, coordinate with crews and vendors, handle payments, and support office operations. There are growth opportunities and a strong team culture at HANSONS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, installation partners, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Complete project completion calls and payment collection activities; process payments.
• Support branch operations and administrative tasks to maintain efficient branch operations.
