Job summary

CTI, a leading AV provider, seeks a Branch Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of CTI Columbus. On-site role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, schedule manpower for installs and service, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and keep the space vibrant and ready for visits and events.

You’ll blend multitasking with proactive communication, supporting inside sales, shipping/receiving, order tracking, and general office duties while fostering a fun, collaborative culture that CTI has

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree required.
• 1–2 years in admin, corporate, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the branch, handling day-to-day operations.
• Schedule manpower for installations and service work.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth communication.
• Keep the space organized and ready for visits and events.
• Support Inside Sales, Shipping/Receiving, and order tracking.
