CTI in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Branch Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations in an in-office role. You will schedule manpower for installation and service, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and maintain a vibrant, organized workspace ready for client visits and spontaneous events.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive mindset to support Inside Sales and overall branch success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree required.
• At least 2 years in an admin, corporate, or hospitality environment.
• Stellar communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the branch, managing day-to-day operations and keeping everything running like a perfectly synced AV rack, zero lag.
• Schedule manpower for Installation and Service work.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and logistics.
• Keep our space vibrant, organized, and ready for anything—from client visits to spontaneous dance-offs.
• Support the Inside Sales team.
• Shipping/Receiving.
• Order Tracking.
• Other general office duties.
