Job summary

CTI in Piscataway, NJ seeks an AV Service Specialist with 4+ years in commercial AV integration to support installed systems and ensure exceptional client service.

You will troubleshoot displays, audio, video, conferencing, and control systems, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with programmers. Overnight travel is required, with accommodations provided by CTI.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at optimum levels.
• Collaborate with Programmers to load updated files and complete documentation & ticketing.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by CTI.
