Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining balancing records.
• Address clients' needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing checks, transfers, and cards.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
• May be reassigned to a nearby branch location within 30 miles with notice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a customer-focused Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Diamond Bar, CA branch . In this role, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional, personal service to our clients while helping them navigate their daily banking needs.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identifies and addresses clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identifies and maximizes cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
• You may be reassigned to an alternate branch location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
• Other duties as assigned.

Part-Time, Wednesday 9:00am-1:00pm, Thursday & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20 – $26 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
