California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Rancho Bernardo, CA branch. You will deliver top-tier service, process transactions, open accounts, and support customers with banking needs.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsabilités

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy and balance records.
• Open new accounts, issue counter checks, perform maintenance, activate ATM cards, money transfers, and other banking tasks.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
