Job summary

Charles Schwab in Fort Worth is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to deliver a premier client experience in a fast-paced, branch-based environment. You will coordinate across teams, partner with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and the successful execution of firm initiatives.

You will resolve complex client needs with empathy and professionalism, using emotional intelligence to navigate escalations and support team collaboration.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Series 9 and 10 license to be obtained during tenure.
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience in a direct client-facing capacity.
• Coordinate across teams and partner with branch leadership to ensure operational accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Execute firm and regulatory initiatives and promote accountability across the branch.
• Resolve complex client needs with empathy and professionalism, using emotional intelligence to navigate escalations.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and strengthen service excellence.
