Job summary

HTU is seeking an entry-level Insurance Claims Adjuster in Minnesota to begin a professional journey in property/casualty claims handling. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle claims under close supervision while building foundational knowledge of our products.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Learn and comply with Company claim handling procedures.
• Develop entry-level claim negotiation and settlement skills.
• Serve the needs of agents, insureds, and others effectively.
• Meet and communicate with claimants, legal counsel, and third parties.
• Develop specialized skills including estimating and use of designated computer-based programs for loss adjustment.
• Study, obtain, and maintain an adjuster’s license(s) if required by statute within the timeline established by the Company or legal requirements.

• Annualized starting base pay range: $50,000.00 - $81,500.00.

Training & Development
