Qualifications

• At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college coursework in business or finance preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Company services and products.
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and staff compliance.
• Oversee deposit and lending activities to ensure accuracy.
• Work with Regional Manager on consumer loans, sales and member outreach programs.
• Help members understand products and services and provide accurate information.
• Handle member concerns and complaints professionally and timely.
• Build relationships with members and support a positive member experience.
• Lead and participate in community development and outreach projects on behalf of the credit union.
• Support the overall success and growth of the branch by helping the team meet its goals and serve members effectively.
