Job summary

The Center Manager at Barksdale Federal Credit Union in Little Rock, AR, will oversee daily branch operations, ensure staff follow credit union policies, and supervise deposit and lending activities.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager on consumer loans, lead member outreach programs, grow the branch, resolve member concerns, and foster a positive member experience through community involvement.

Qualifications

• At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Company services and products.
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
