Job summary

Shore United Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Supervisor (Head Teller) to lead Cambridge, MD branch operations and supervise daily activities, ensuring accurate cash handling and exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate staff schedules, coach team members, open accounts, balance cash items, and work with partners for referrals. The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years teller experience, with supervisory preference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bank Teller.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure service delivery and accuracy.
• Schedule staff, monitor workflow, and balance cash items.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
• Coach staff to refer products and services to customers.
