Shore United Bank is hiring a Branch Banking Specialist (Bank Teller) to join our Cambridge, MD team. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, night deposits, and ATM maintenance while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You’ll identify customer needs, promote bank products, and collaborate with partners for referrals. Success depends on listening, asking insightful questions, and building customer trust in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and ATM maintenance.
• Provide superior customer service through in-person and phone conversations.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer financial needs.
• Collaborate with bank partners for client referrals to Merchant, Wye Financial, and Relationship Managers.
• Assist customers in managing and optimizing bank accounts and products.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
