Job summary

Sackville Bank is seeking a Customer Service Teller at our branch in Pennsylvania. You will handle teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting S&T loan and deposit products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of general and specialized experience in retail banking including CSR/RSA training.
• CSR and RSA training programs completed or required within program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on teller line and branch operations.
• Process deposits, checks, withdrawals, loan payments and related banking transactions.
• Utilize LOS software to process applications and document customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals through S&T loan and deposit products.
• Balance cash window daily and assist in ATM/vault balancing as needed.
