Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree with related experience.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations and elevates client loyalty through a defined sales process.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
