Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies.
• Strong verbal & written communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls and build a personal referral network to acquire customers.
• Proactively identify customer needs and promote suitable banking products.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Establish relationships with internal/external partners to drive cross-sell and efficiency.
