Job summary

Jobtailor in New York area is seeking a frontline associate to handle high-volume cash transactions and educate customers on digital banking tools. You will greet customers and deliver hospitality-focused service while balancing efficiency with community-focused experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or customer service, cash handling experience, and flexibility for nights/weekends. Training provided; strong communication and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship

Qualifications

1+ year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to attend all required training sessions
Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time
Regular and consistent attendance
Applicant must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch
Balance high-volume operations with a community-focused customer experience
Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed
Occasionally assist other locations in the broader region
Adapt to schedule adjustments and attend required training
