Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to attend all required training sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proficient in G‑Suite (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing.
• Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service.
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations.
• Work changing schedules, including nights and weekends, and attend training sessions.
• Help create an inclusive, community-focused banking environment.
