Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced branch with digital banking tools.
• Proficiency with internet-based tasks and standard banking systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and suggest alternatives.
• Engage customers and drive adoption of digital channels.
• Explain basic loan criteria and process simple inquiries.
• Handle servicing tasks for customer relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow sales process and deliver customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively retain and expand branch relationships.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Greet customers, manage lobby flow, and refer to banking partners as needed.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and flag potential fraud.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Complete transactions and related branch operations efficiently.
