Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis as set by the department.
• Ensure smooth operations at the Agent Banking Centre while maintaining compliance.
• Coordinate daily activities with Head Office for instructions and guidelines.
• Build rapport with local potential customers to promote financial literacy.
• Provide proper service to all customers in line with bank policy.
• Collect and complete applications with all required documents from customers and prospects.
