• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Make recommendations based on the customer’s identified needs and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decide loan applications and servicing responsibilities.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide simplified, customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Lobby management: greet customers and take ownership to solve banking needs.
• Introduce appropriate banking partner when servicing needs present an opportunity for a product solution.
• Assist with AML, BSA and KYC processes and related activities.
• Identify and elevate cases of suspected fraud and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete customer transactions and maintain branch operational controls.
