Job summary

Legacy Hospice, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the Fredericktown, MO branch. The role combines clinical and operational leadership to ensure compassionate end-of-life care and compliant, high-quality service.

The RN in this role will manage daily branch operations, supervise staff, support budgeting, and ensure regulatory readiness while maintaining strong community partnerships and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hospice nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.
