Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Brake System Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for its brake products across OE and Services. You will partner with regional and global teams to translate market needs into differentiated solutions that drive profitable growth.

Reporting to the Brake System Product Management Director, you will influence product positioning, pricing strategy, and lifecycle readiness while collaborating with KAM, BD, COM-OPS, engineering, sourcing and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or related field.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle offerings.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, sourcing, finance and commercial.

Responsibilities

• Define aftermarket strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Develop scalable portfolio of core products, parts, upgrades and services.
• Own product-level business cases, margins, and lifecycle investment planning.
• Drive competitiveness through technology investments and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Translate market needs into clear product and service requirements with engineering.
