Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Director, Product Group for Foundation Drum Brake & Actuators. This global role leads product strategy, pricing and profitability, budgeting and forecasting, and agile governance for the foundation brake portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in engineering or program management with increasing responsibilities.
Experience in heavy-duty truck, bus and/or automotive market.
Experience with electronic controls and/or pneumatic braking systems is a plus.
Strong cross-functional leadership in a global, hybrid matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Develops global product segment roadmap aligned with global product strategy.
Translates regional/global customer requirements into regional and global product roadmap.
Manages region-specific product adjustments with global R&D in region.
Defines regional value proposition and pricing with R&D and Technical Sales.
Drives regional projects and prepares Regional Business Cases with resources, timing and budget.
Monitors risks, gate reviews, and coordinates cross-region collaboration.
