Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in machine operation or mechanical aptitude.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending English plant directives and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup and tool positioning for press brake operations.
• Position and align sheet metal for precise bending as per drawings.
• Operate press brake to bend/form materials according to specifications.
• Inspect bent components for dimensional accuracy using calipers and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake tooling and replace when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Record production data and maintenance activities in ERP (Epicor).
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and QA to maintain workflow.
