SITE Staffing Inc. Milwaukee is seeking a Brake Press Operator to load, set up, and run a press brake on the 2nd shift (3pm–12am). You will shape metals, inspect outputs, and maintain safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires basic math, precision measurement, and a team-oriented attitude. Training may be provided on other tasks as needed, with focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure.
• Know how materials react to pressure, heat and shaping procedures.
• Able to read gauges and other measurement tools.
• Able to use power tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate press brake and related equipment.
• Perform manufacturing steps to meet quality standards and delivery dates.
• Cross-train and perform other tasks when necessary.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Produce and inspect materials according to specifications.
• Maintain and clean the machine and surrounding area.
