Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a Brake Press Set-up/Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–1am) in Germantown, WI.

The role covers daily setup and operation of manual, mechanical, and CNC sheet/plate forming equipment, with pay of $18.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience. You will select tooling, load and set up tools, program CNC equipment, troubleshoot forming issues, and ensure safety and quality in a fabrication shop environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sheet/plate steel forming characteristics.
• Competent with basic dimensional measurement and precision tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Ability to work with metal forming constraints with guidance.
• Strong teamwork orientation and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust mechanical and CNC sheet/plate forming equipment.
• Select tooling and load/setup tools per job documentation.
• Troubleshoot forming issues and seek assistance when needed.
• Produce work to time standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain logs and report material, production and quality issues.
