Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating brake press machinery or similar equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press on 2nd shift to form metal parts.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions or hazards.
• Monitor product quality and adjust processes to meet standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules safely.
