Job summary

MPE, Inc. is seeking a Press Brake Team Member in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time, on-site role involves setting up and running CNC press brakes to form steel components to exact specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months of press brake or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions.
• Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Form a variety of steel components using CNC press brakes.
• Perform full setup and operation of one type of press brake.
• Read mechanical drawings, including standard and metric dimensions.
• Use measuring tools to check parts for quality.
• Flex into other fabrication areas, such as inserting or fabrication assembly, as needed.
• Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area.
