Job Description

Shift

Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (hours may vary)

Position Summary

Operate and set up equipment in the Tech Cell, including Press Brake, Laser, and Buffalo Rolls machines.

Essential Duties

• Align and position parts against fixtures.
• Stack, rack, wrap, and count components or finished goods.
• Inspect parts for quality compliance.
• Use calipers, tape measures, fixtures, and gauges.
• Log production data into Epicor software.
• Set up and program Press Brakes, CNC Milling Machines, Lasers, and Rolls.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines for dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain production rates and perform changeovers efficiently.
• Work with various materials including Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with Press Brakes, Lasers, and CNC Milling Machines.
• Computer data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
