Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with automotive testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Specifications: author and refine technical specs for brake controls with external suppliers.
• Lead suppliers in development of brake control functions to meet performance targets.
• Design and develop diagnostic scripts and tools for system troubleshooting.
• Lead firmware validation with suppliers and ensure deadlines and milestones.
• Own defect resolution and assess impact with architecture teams.
• Collaborate with AI, Mechatronics, Computer Vision, and Robotics teams.
