Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician responsible for installing and servicing brake, alignment, and suspension components, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes testing batteries, tire/wheel work, and TPMS calibration, with opportunities to perform offsite service.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including lifting up to 75 pounds. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace/calibrate TPMS components.
• Assist other technicians and drive service vehicle for offsite and emergency road services; provide excellent customer service.
