Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install components for brake, alignment, and suspension systems while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes testing, road service, and supporting a fast-paced workshop environment.

You will work with tires, TPMS components, and related systems, adhering to company policies and safety standards. Training is provided on the job, and the company emphasizes a strong benefits package and employee growth

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, with occasional up to 75 lbs; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Disassemble/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace/calibrate TPMS components; use hand tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues when needed.
