Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components in Town and Country, WA. You will test drive vehicles, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS calibrations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting other team members, performing offsite road services, and following company policies. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace/calibrate TPMS components.
• Assist other technicians and refer customers to qualified employees when appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service.
