Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to install and service brake, suspension and alignment components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role involves testing, battery work, TPMS recalibration, tire mounting and wheel balancing, and offsite road service where required.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, strong customer service, and the ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
