Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Spokane, WA. You will service and install brake, alignment, and suspension parts while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role includes on-the-job training, a pay range of $14.85–$24.50 per hour, full-time hours, and benefits such as health care, retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, and alignment components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires and wheels, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components.
• Use service equipment and hand tools.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/ emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.

Brake & Alignment Technician

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
• Testing and installing batteries
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service
• Refs customers to other qualified employees as N/A

Qualifications
