3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Colorado to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will test batteries, install tires, rebalance wheels, recalibrate TPMS components, and operate service vehicles for offsite work, while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Brake & Alignment Technician

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
• Testing and installing batteries
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary

Experience
