Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. The role includes test driving, offsite service, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $24.50/hour for experienced technicians, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth at multiple Minnesota locations.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount/mount tires and wheels, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service.
