Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service braking systems, alignments, suspensions, and related components. The role involves test driving vehicles, using precision tools, and supporting customers with quality service in a fast-paced shop environment.

The position includes on-the-job training, a competitive hourly wage, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment and drive train components.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and rebalancing wheels.
• Using equipment and hand tools to perform repairs.
• Test driving and operating service vehicles for offsite work.
