Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop setting. Responsibilities include installing brake systems, performing wheel/tire work, recalibrating TPMS, and driving to offsite or emergency road service as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake and alignment components and systems.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Disassemble/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees.
