Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brakes, alignment, and suspension components, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will work with brake systems, tires, TPMS calibration, and related components, performing tests, adjustments, and drive tests as required. On-site opportunities include benefits and training to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools to perform tasks.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
