Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, suspension, and alignment systems, install tires, and perform related offsite road service work. You will work with a team to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction at our locations.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service brake, suspension, and alignment components.
Test batteries and drivetrain parts.
Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/ emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
